Leadership
Build teams. Develop people. Create clarity.
Leading geographically distributed technical organizations while helping individuals grow their expertise, confidence and careers.
Leadership · Technology · Cybersecurity
Technology leader. People leader. Problem solver.
I lead technical teams, translate complex technology into business value, and build the systems, processes and culture that help people perform at their best.
My career has taken me from hands-on infrastructure and implementation engineering through solutions architecture, technical sales and ultimately leadership.
Today, I lead Cybersecurity Solutions Consulting across the Americas, combining technical depth with a strong focus on people, strategy and business outcomes.
I’m especially interested in the intersection of cybersecurity, data resilience, artificial intelligence and leadership — and in finding practical ways to turn complexity into clarity.
What I do
Build teams. Develop people. Create clarity.
Leading geographically distributed technical organizations while helping individuals grow their expertise, confidence and careers.
Protect what matters. Prepare for what happens next.
Experience across cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity, availability and workload migration — from hands-on engineering through technical leadership.
Connect technology to outcomes.
Bridging customers, partners, sales and technology to turn complex capabilities into solutions that address real business requirements.
Use information to make better decisions.
A strong interest in data, automation and artificial intelligence — particularly where they can improve insight, productivity and decision-making.
How I lead
I believe good leadership is less about controlling how people work and more about creating an environment in which people understand what matters, know what success looks like and have the freedom to use their strengths.
Expectations should be clear. Results should be measurable. Communication should be candid. And people should have room to develop, experiment and succeed.
Company and team before self.
Career journey
My career began close to the technology — networks, servers, implementations and customer environments. Over time, the focus expanded from solving technical problems myself to helping customers make decisions, developing technical organizations and enabling teams to solve those problems at scale.
20+ years across enterprise technology, data resilience, technical sales and leadership.
Technology
The best technical conversations aren’t about features. They’re about understanding the problem, finding the signal among the noise and communicating a path forward that people can actually act upon.
That principle has stayed consistent throughout my career — whether working directly with infrastructure, designing solutions for customers or leading the people who do it today.
Beyond work
Outside of work, my interests tend to involve discovering how things — and people — got to where they are today.
Family stories and the lives behind them.
Understanding the events and people that shaped the present.
Always something new to learn — or simply a good story to disappear into.
Animals, the outdoors and occasionally getting away from screens altogether.
Connect
I’m always interested in connecting with others who care about technology, cybersecurity, leadership and building strong technical organizations.
